Spanish Final greater competition World Sushi, Sushi Global Challenge

On 23 September, the School of Hospitality and Tourism of the Community of Madrid, official sponsor of the contest in Spain, opens its doors to welcome the Spanish end of Sushi Global Challenge. The biggest competition in the world Sushi is a collaboration of the World Sushi Skills Institute (WSSI), part of the All Japan Sushi Association, supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, MAFF, Japan, and the entity Export Council Norwegian Sea (NSEC). All food used will be offered by Makro, official supplier of competition in Spain.

Spanish Grand Jury Final

Managers of scoring candidates to choose our representative in the Grand Final in Tokyo will Hirotoshi Kazuo Ogawa and Mizuno, both the World Sushi Skills Institute of Japan, the chef Ricardo Sanz, the food journalist Luis Cepeda, Antonio López-Esparza, Director of Operations and member of Management Committee of Makro Spain and Portugal, and in Spain the ambassadors of Japan, Kazuhiko Koshikawa, and Norway, Johan Vibe.
