4 to September 16, 2015, professional and monographic meeting every two years throughout the food supply concentrated in Andalusia to strengthen its presence in the domestic and international market.

AndalucĂ­a Sabor is the official appointment of an agricultural and fishing power of the first order. All professionals in the food and haute cuisine sector meet at a summit devoted leadership of Andalusia’s agribusiness beyond its borders. In September 2015 it held the fifth edition of AndalucĂ­a Sabor, who began his career with the exceptional success of the previous editions.

Food companies and regulatory councils, distributors, hotel and restaurant operators, responsible for central purchasing chains, food professionals … AndalucĂ­a Sabor invites all operators in the agri-food sector and fishing and allows them to take part of new trends to renew and consolidate the various business lines. The 2015 Fair will be attended by importers from major world powers, which will strengthen the international presence and the commercial nature of the meeting.

Exhibitors and visitors participate in a full program of activities consisting of tasting extra virgin olive oil, Iberian ham, pairings between wine and food, contests cut ham, tapas and desserts, panel discussions, presentations by Tips regulators and private firms, etc. The combination of disciplines guide this unique gastronomic summit, with the best chefs on the international scene to rediscover excellence and mixing of Andalusia through its cuisine.
