Huercasa Food Service will take center stage at HIP 2026 with its range of fresh legumes, which the company will showcase at its stand in Pavilion 9 of IFEMA Madrid.
The event, a key meeting point for the Horeca sector, will run from 16 to 18 February, offering visitors the chance to discover Huercasa’s latest innovations.
The company highlights its fresh, vacuum‑packed legumes, cooked only with water and salt, as an unbeatable alternative to traditional dried or canned legumes. Their convenience, quality and consistent performance make them ideal for professional kitchens across Europe. Chefs increasingly use them in hot dishes such as stews and purées, as well as in cold preparations like salads, spreads, hummus, gazpachos or even as a base for plant‑based burgers.
Huercasa Food Service continues to expand its offering with 1‑kg and 2‑kg formats, designed to improve efficiency, reduce waste and increase profitability for hospitality professionals.
Alongside legumes, the brand will also present its wide range of 5th‑range vegetables, including sweetcorn, red beetroot, potato, sweet potato and carrot. All products carry the Huercasa Quality seal, backed by more than 45 years of experience and a strong commitment to innovation. The company recently announced plans to build in Segovia what will become the largest corn‑on‑the‑cob factory in Europe.
These 5th‑range vegetables are steam‑cooked, free from preservatives in most references, shelf‑stable for 6 to 12 months and adapted to the needs of the food service sector. They offer ease of handling, quick preparation, zero waste and optimized logistics thanks to their packaging.
To demonstrate the versatility of its products, Huercasa will host a live showcooking led by chef Laín Montes, who will prepare different dishes so visitors can taste the full potential of Huercasa Food Service’s fresh legumes and vegetables in professional cuisine.
