The international firm is announcing its technological solutions in ERP, Traceability, Production and Big Data at the IX World Avocado Congress.

For Hispatec, the IX World Avocado Congress (WAC, for its acronym in English), one of the most important events in the sector worldwide, offers the opportunity to expose the great industry leaders of this sector the advantages of its products to obtain predictive models of production, quality or maturation through Big Data and Artificial Intelligence technology; In addition to its developments for Harvest, Production, Warehouse, and Traceability among others.

In this ninth edition of the WAC, which is being held in Medellín (Colombia), the main players in the world of the Avocado sector are participating, to talk about quality, certifications, environment, phytosanitary control and especially technology. Hispatec also works with two of the main Aguacate companies in Spain, the Reyes Reyes Gutiérrez and Trops.

According to the World Avocado Organization (WAO), which groups avocado producers and exporters from several countries, including Peru, South Africa, the United States and Mexico, the Aztec country is the main producer of this fruit with more of two million tons per year, compared to 60,000 tons in Spain.
