Greencorp: leadership in biotechnology in northern Mexico

The Saltillo´s company celebretes their tenth anniversary with the announcement of new development programs for global agriculture. In just one decade they have created their own technology, through the use of natural and semi-desert biotic resources to develop cutting-edge products useful for organic and traditional agriculture.

Saltillo is a city in northern Mexico, antique flavor, with colonial buildings and neighborhoods surrounded by streams and high mountains. Today, its inhabitants have a modern infrastructure that allows you to be among the top 10 cities to invest in Mexico. Saltillo is also known for its famous ¨sarapes¨ and countless waterfalls that come from the mountains and give color to semi-desert. Industrial parks Angostura, and the new building Derramadero Insigna give proof.

However, the most important resource of this northern region is undoubtedly its people, who have been overcome with a worthy mention entrepreneurship. One of these companies is Greencorp Biorganiks of Mexico, which has become the undisputed leader in innovation, development and commercialization of biopesticides and biostimulants.

In this month, Greencorp celebretes their tenth anniversary of its founding and for this, the  directors, employees, suppliers and distributors meet in their modern facilities. The reason: to celebrate that in just one decade they have created their own technology, through the use of natural and semi-desert biotic resources to develop cutting-edge products useful for organic and traditional agriculture.

To achieve its objectives, the company has a proud staff of over 100 employees involved and serve relevant to domestic agricultural market way, as well as seven other countries among which are Canada, United States, Guatemala, Costa Rica , Dominican Republic and Spain. Thanks to the joint efforts of partners and distributors, the company has achieved very important recognition of the following institutions: Latin American Quality Institute, two years in a road -2014 and 2015- GreenCorp, were named Mexican company of the year.

Greencorp also received from the Ministry of Economy and the National Institute Emprendeor (INADEM) recognition as a finalist company in the 2015 National Entrepreneur Award in the category of High Impact Entrepreneurship. It is worth mentioning that the company also received the National Award for Technology and Innovation XII Edition.

To celebrate this important recognition to its trajectory, the company has recognized the dedication and commitment of the founding partners and customers who have grown and shared mission Greencorp to provide global agriculture organic products and biorracionales for protection and crop development. It also thanked the unconditional support from its major suppliers which have made possible elements for the development of successful products in the world market.

The CEO of the company, welcomed all guests to celebrate 10 years under the slogan Revolutionizing Farming, however mentioned that the task is not yet accomplished and missing at least 90 years of work, constant innovation and commitment by reference to said agriculture is learned in 100 lessons … but it is one by year to meet- commented that good and bad experiences are requiered for all those involved with passion and love in this blessed activity.

Looking ahead, Greencorp is intended to settle in a few years, within the group of the 20 largest companies in the world with a systemic, organic and sustainable vision dedicated to technological development, formulation and marketing of inputs and products for global agriculture.
