The world’s leading manufacturer of telescopic will release a large number of new features for this range at the fair in Hanover (10-14 November). Including innovative strategy for Tier 4 Final engine and improved standard models aimed at the agricultural sector, increase productivity and performance, making them easier to use.

The first telescopic JCB for the European market with the new engine will be the 531-70, 536-60, 536-70, 541-70 and 535-95 models to load up, and 550-80 and 560-80 for higher yields and high productivity. Also at Agritechnica 2015 JCB will present a package of improvements for models 526-56 and 527-58.

“Agritechnica is a key on the calendar date of the agricultural sector and we are pleased to showcase some of the most innovative developments in our line of telescopic agricultural telehandler world’s best selling,” says the CEO of JCB Agriculture, Richard Fox -Marrs, he commented:

Strategy innovative Tier 4 Final (531-70, 536-60, 536-70, 541-70, 535-95, 550-80, 560-80)

The base engine is the new JCB Ecomax previous model T4i highly efficient, used in many machines JCB. The Agri telescopic ECOMAX engines comply with strict legislation on emissions Tier 4 Final / Stage IV by a compact and highly efficient to reduce NOx SCR system.

The advantages of engine Tier 4 Final / Stage IV in the range of JCB telescopic Agri include:

  • Easy installation without affecting the visibility and size of the machine.
  • The SCR may be a compact solution.
  • The ability to JCB dealers, can sell used equipment outside regulated territories.

“One Can” – SCR Solution

The Agri telescopic with 109hp, 125hp and 145hp (81kW, 93kW and 108kW) have a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) with a urea-based additive, incorporating a unique silencer inside the hood, and replacing the existing exhaust damper, which is outside the hood. This ensures that JCB telescopic retain their excellent all-round visibility and ease of maintenance.

Intelligent Hydraulic Package

Final Tier 4 machines will also be designed with the new option of high auxiliary flow, improving performance and the auxiliary output for demanding hydraulic accessories such as Silo Filler straw and silage implements – the maximum flow increased to 105 l / min @ 190 bar pressure.

In addition, Agri Super models now come standard with a servo joystick mounted on the seat, which move up and down with it. There will also be optional on Agri Plus models.

These new features further enhance the recently introduced intelligent hydraulics, achieving greater productivity and fuel economy, enabling a faster pen movements to lower engine revolutions. The unique JCB Hydraulic regenerative system improves cycle times up to 20%, while delivering a reduction of 15% of the fuel used to move the same amount of material.

In addition, the intelligent hydraulics package gets late career in damping for lifting and retracting pen, and a new ‘auto’ mode damping pen (SRS). With ‘auto’ selected, the SRS is disconnected when the machine is stopped and automatically re-engages when the machine moves.

The system of “shake bucket” operator eliminates the need to make repeated movements of the joystick to remove sticky materials bucket, empty the grain, etc … When the operator operates the joystick action “shake” -through a lateral displacement of the lever of command, the intensity of the shaking motion of the accessory is determined.

Changing accessories is also easier, thanks to an auxiliary system that minimizes the pressure of the auxiliary.

Improved models 526-56 and 527-58 Agri

A package of improvements in the 56 and 526 527-58 Agri offer operators improved performance, productivity and ease of use.

New enhancements of 526-56, now standard, including transmission torque converter four powershift speeds with a top speed of 33kph, along with the practical selection of forward / reverse joystick. Disconnecting wheel drive, which improves efficiency and reduces tire wear during road trips, is now a standard specification. There is also an option powershift 40kph.

Another new feature is the transmission disconnect at 526-56. Off transmission when the foot brake is applied, allowing the operator an easy balance between force and achieving optimum hydraulic system boot, material handling and hydraulic performance – perfect for perfect performance when cleaning a stable cows, for example.

The hydrostatic transmission has now 527-58 Vari-Speed standard, which can be used by the operator differentiating the engine speed and the forward speed independently, which is especially useful when using equipment that requires a flow rate abundant and constant at a certain speed.

The machines have new valves and-extension-retraction cycle hydraulic functions, which improve response, fast service and management efficiency.

Higher performance, comfort, control …

Other improvements 526-56 and 527-58, offer the operator comfort and greater sense of control – all this makes the environment more comfortable and get better productivity.

The end of stroke damping in the cylinder, retraction of the boom, has the advantage of minimizing spills loose materials; 526-56 in changes in the braking system, improve pedal feel; and improvements in the hydraulic system of the machines result in faster and more effective responses to control the pen, using the lever servo joystick.

Previously, the joystick and levers operated auxiliary pen, and implements front and rear, giving the operator a proportional precision and control, with a safe and comfortable load. Now, we add new improvements, such as “shake bucket” that can be used to stir the implement without making small movements of the joystick, sticky materials useful for downloading saucepan, etc .. This control system emulates movement saucepan, as do small joystick movements in tumbling.

When we go to change the implement, the new valve auxiliary hydraulic – powered by a button – makes this possible with the engine running, with all possible security.

The new option of LED work lights, both front and rear and boom, better illuminate all around the machine.
