ADAMA launches an app that offers phytosanitary assistance to the farmer

ADAMA Agriculture Spain has launched the new FitoAid app to help farmers choose the best solution to deal with different pests and weeds in crops. A plant health management, in the palm of the hand, according to the current times and available for IOS and Android systems. It includes a mixing assistant and different cultivation guides to make the correct phytosanitary management easier.

ADAMA Agriculture Spain has launched the new FitoAid app to help farmers choose the best solution to deal with different pests and weeds in crops. A plant health management, in the palm of the hand, according to the current times and available for IOS and Android systems. It includes a mixing assistant and different cultivation guides to make the correct phytosanitary management easier.

With the aim of helping professional farmers to choose and use the most suitable products for their crops is born FitoAid, an app developed by ADAMA Agriculture Spain in its line of providing solutions that simplicity in agriculture.

FitoAid allows you to quickly and conveniently search for any phytosanitary products registered through a system of advanced filters (including common names) with direct access to the original file of the official register of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment Spain (MAPAMA). By way of a vademecum, and by selecting the crop or the pest or disease, the farmer can thus consult in a simple and updated way the different options offered by the market to deal with the different pests and weeds that may appear on his farm.

The app includes a mixing assistant that orders the selected products in a tank, guaranteeing the safety of the operator and compliance with the Guide to Good Practices for Mixing in the Field of Phytosanitary Products, also published by MAPAMA

It also offers a complete management of the favorites, both the products that have been selected and the most frequent mixes. The information, always up-to-date, is available permanently off-line, all combined with a friendly interface.

Thanks to this app you can also consult the ADAMA Culture Guides, with the solutions that the company offers for crops such as citrus, stone fruit, pepita, olive, tomato or vine, among others. Like bookmarks management, these guides can be consulted without a data connection.

FitoAid can be found on the major mobile app download platforms, in versions compatible with the IOS system and the Android system.
