Strawberries of Europe is promoted with a second edition of its ‘Fresatario’


The Strawberries of Europe promotion campaign launched this summer the second edition of its ‘Fresetario’, a digital publication that brings together a selection of 20 recipes, with the strawberry as the main ingredient, which have been elaborated by renowned gastronomic bloggers from Spain.

The recipes have been selected from about 80 proposals that were presented to the second edition of the Recipe Contest for Strawberry bloggers in Europe

All the elaborations incorporate the strawberries as main ingredient and demonstrate the great versatility that this fruit has in the kitchen. Sweet dishes abound, but there are also salty, cold and hot, the premise is the originality and proper integration of this fruit into the recipe.

This Fresetario has the collaboration of the blogger and baker Alma Obregón and the Huelva singer Manuel Carrasco, both linked to the Strawberries of Europe campaign, which are their ambassadors in our country

The two share with the readers their close connection to this fruit and gives them the recipe they can not resist, elaborated, of course, with this ingredient.

Through these 20 recipes, the campaign reminds us that we can find strawberries on the market throughout the year, so that at any time you can enjoy its multiple culinary combinations and its nutritional benefits.
