The Interprofessional Organization of Beef of Spain (PROVACUNO) will begin its promotional activity in the Arab and North African countries this November. The starting point will be Egypt, in order to establish, and strengthen commercial ties with the Spanish beef sector, through actions such as a day of presentation of the beef of Spanish origin addressed to the most important Egyptian chefs , which will be held at the prestigious Egyptian Chefs Association. In this interesting day, the Spanish chefs Kisko García and Fernando del Cerro will show the versatility of the Spanish beef in the traditional and avant-garde cuisine, as well as their possibilities in the Egyptian culinary customs.
Another of the activities planned within the promotional tour of PROVACUNO by Egypt will take place on November 8th, with the celebration of the Presentation Day “Beef from Spain” at the Embassy of Spain
For this act, the most representative Egyptian importers have been summoned, together with Authorities, media and prescribers, before whom the values and differential characteristics of all the elements that intervene in the production chain of the Spanish beef sector will be exposed. Also, you can enjoy a cocktail in which the main character will be Spanish beef.
The promotional route of PROVACUNO for the Arab countries will continue in Saudi Arabia with the participation in FOODEX Saudi, which will be held from November 12th to 15th
FOODEX Saudi is one of the most important calls in the Arab world for the global agri-food sector. In it, PROVACUNO will be present with a stand and, in addition, will be accompanied by a large representation of Spanish companies, whose objective is to consolidate the presence of our beef in a demanding market, such as the Saudi, which has recently opened its borders.
FOODEX SAUDÍ is consolidated as a showcase for added value agri-food products for the Arab world; a destination of enormous importance for those sectors that differentiate their products for quality, such as Spanish beef. It will exhibit more than 200 companies from 32 countries and that in previous editions has brought together about 8,000 import professionals.
