The ‘Salads with Legumes and Cereals’ are the new proposal of Florette that, in addition to being balanced nutritionally, are suitable for vegetarians. Both recipes allow you to enjoy a delicious mix of salad, cereals such as couscous or quinoa and legumes such as chickpeas or lentils in addition to fresh vegetables, all seasoned with a refreshing lime and mint vinaigrette or a soft green apple vinaigrette.
“The main objective of our innovation is to provide people with access to quality vegetables,” says Marta Asín, Florette’s product manager, who has led this project that began more than 4 years ago.
