FIMA promotes professional employment in the agricultural sector

FERIA AGRARIA SANT MIQUEL

The 40th edition of the International Fair of Agricultural Machinery (FIMA) of Zaragoza, which will take place from 20th to 24th February 2018, relaunches its ‘FIMA Employment Exchange’, after the success of this initiative in its previous edition. Through it, it seeks to promote employment in the agricultural sector, serving as a link between industry and professionals. In this way, FIMA reaffirms its permanent commitment to companies in the primary sector, contributing to the professionalization and generation of employment in the agricultural sector.

Of gratuitous character, this initiative supposes a meeting point between the companies of the sector agroalimentario and the professionals in active search of employment, in which bet by a selection of the personnel the quickest and effective possible.

With this proposal, the intention of Feria de Zaragoza is to expand the possibilities of access to employment for professionals and young people trained in this sector, as well as to serve as an incentive to training centers to join the initiative

Those interested should register on the website of the contest, accessing the section “Employment Exchange”. Once they have made the registration, they can consult it according to their training, choosing among the different user profiles available:

– Agricultural engineer
– Graduate / Agricultural Technical Engineer
– Veterinarians
– Agricultural technician
– Agricultural Operator
– Commercial

With the registration and insertion of the curriculum vitae, those registered in the ‘Bolsa Empleo FIMA’ accept the requirement of the companies to consult and request their labor data for the purpose of hiring the corresponding personnel. Undoubtedly, this project was born due to the interest of Feria de Zaragoza and its commitment to professionalize the agri-food sector.

Once again, FIMA demonstrates its full support and responsibility by offering tools that contribute to greater professionalism, better training and, in this way, collaborates closely with companies working in agri-food activities
