A little less than two months before its celebration, on March 6th, the Association “5 a day” prepares for its General Assembly of Members and Professional Conference. The Annual General Membership Assembly, which this year celebrates its 20th edition and is held in the auditorium of the Mercamadrid Administrative Center, is the most important event of “5 a day”, which has already been consolidated as a meeting point between the partners of this Association.
During the Assembly the team of the Association will present all the activity of the year 2017 and will present the budgets and planned actions for the next year 2018
All partners can participate in the Assembly by setting new objectives to be followed by the Association for the next years. During the next weeks all the corresponding documentation will be sent by mail to the Assembly. In addition, this year there will be elections to the Board of Directors, where half of the components will be renewed.
After the General Assembly of Members, a dinner will be held where one more year of the “5 a Day” awards will be given
The Professional Day “5 a Day” has an appointment for March 7th, and will also take place in the auditorium of the Mercamadrid Administrative Center. All partners, as well as the distribution, wholesalers, retailers, origin, logistics, etc … are invited to attend.
